TIS SUPPORT OFFICER

The TIS Support Officer assists in the maintenance, tracking, troubleshooting, and purchasing of information technology systems (including PC and LAN equipment) for Nature Conservancy offices.  S/he monitors, optimizes performance and provides disaster recovery service for the information systems in the office. S/he assists staff on troubleshooting software and hardware problems including network issues.  Acts as a point of communication between TIS and primary operating business units and external vendors. S/he performs local operations functions as appropriate in accordance with TNC and TIS standards, policies and procedures. 
 
Requirements:
·   2 years of work experience troubleshooting computer and network systems.
·   Experience with MS Office software, Windows and Macintosh environment.
·   Experience manipulating, analyzing and interpreting data.

Key Roles

· Supporting all Human Resources activities in Jakarta Office such as administration for medical, equipment, recruitment, training, general affair and purchasing.
· Working as part of a team with HR Semarang Officer to advance lead time process of administration of GA, Expatriate permit, Labor Board Permit and etc.
· Coordination other employee in office Jakarta.
· Meeting documentation and communications

Responsibilities

· Providing with minimum lead time process of HR & GA matters.
· Assisting adminitration of medical reimbursement outpatient of employee in Jakarta office.
· Facilitating of excess claim inpatient of employee in Jakarta office.
· Assisting recruitment process held in jakarta such as delivery of application form, interview room and remind interviewer for the schedule.
· Assisting administration of expatriate for new and extended permit and make coordination with third parties.
· Conduct induction for new hire employee in Jakarta Office if needed
· Assisting administration for training arrangement and others in Office Jakarta area.
· Coordinating with General Affair Officer in Semarang and Jakarta Office.
· Maintain good communications and relations with employees.
· Writing Monthly Reports for related activity

Education, Qualifications, Skills, Experience

Required:
Fluent in English and Bahasa.
Ability to understand Human Resources of General Affair role and responsibilities
Ability to work with tight dateline.
Minimum Bachelor degree in related fields.
Minimum 4 years in occupational working experience.
Demonstrate ability to understand Human Resources and General Affair requirements
Excellent knowledge of MS Office programme.

The SCPP project is a large Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) in Indonesia which was established in January 2012. The Project is financed by the Swiss Secretariat for Economic Affairs SECO, The Sustainable Trade Initiative IDH, the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (EKN), International Fund For Agriculture Development (IFAD), MCA-Indonesia, and five Private Sector Companies from the cocoa sector for the duration from 2012 – 2015. The Program works directly with 60,000 cocoa farming households in six Indonesian Provinces to improve farm productivity and livelihood conditions. The AFF component links those farmers with financial institutions and value chain financiers.
